Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

Hello,
Just a quick note to say after seeing this film previewed on another cinema visit I made up my mind to definitely not miss this one. I took Mum and we both loved it loads. There was lots of laughing out loud, would definitely recommend. Lots of fave actors in this one too.

Have a good day!

Bunnie troubles

Hi there,
Well, contentedness did not continue to reign with Freckle and Nelson and as they grew and hormones increased there began problems and we had to separate them. Ahhh!
So, they have now have been neutered and testosterone levels will drop. Hoping that we can re- introduce them successfully. They are absolutely adorable. So, if anyone has good advice or happy stories about similar I would be very pleased to hear them!

Thanks,
Lesley.

My new babies!

Hi,
I have to tell you I've been visiting the pet shop a lot! I was able to resist the baby rabbits for only so many weeks before I could resist no longer. We still have the lovely Smokey, beautiful grey rabbit with a lovely thick winter fur. Now we also have little boy bunnies Freckle and Nelly. I will post pictures soon. They are gorgeous and so far appear to be getting on well which I hope will continue.

War Horse

Hi there,
It's been a while since I've posted anything but I'm still here. Been working loads and good stuff has happened but just didnt get round to posting. Christmas was good with two of my lovely kids home from Uni for a while and all kids home together. Not that they're children now, all grown up.
Anyway, most recently I went to the cinema with my eldest, Tom, and Mum to see War Horse. What a fab film and great story. Was holding back the tears at times, especially emotional ending. I do recommend you see it if you get chance. We went in the daytime which I never usually do and was surprised by just how busy it was.
One of the things I have been intending to do is to go to the cinema alone. You know those times when you want to see a film but none of mates or family or either interested in it or you cant match up your diaries. It seems a shame to miss out so thats an aim, to go alone, and I'm thinking it wouldnt feel so wierd in the daytime!

Autumn Wardrobe

Well, Autumn is upon us, and that means new
additions for the wardrobe. I'm loving a couple
of recent additions. A lovely red jumper to add
a pop of colour and gorgeous long boots in a
neutral mushroom/ brown tone that will hopefully
 go with everything.

Cinema trip

A couple evenings ago I met my good friend Christine for a catch up and trip to cinema. We went to see Friends with Benefits. A definite girls movie or maybe for some couples. Funny and romantic, touching in parts. Would recommend a viewing. Now then, which movie to see next?

Hi there,
Getting back into my reading again. Currently reading " A Visit from the Goon Squad" by Jennifer Egan, which I seem to be breezing through, always a good sign. Waiting on the bedside table also is "The Book of Human Skin" by Michelle Lovric whom I haven't read before so looking forward to that. Let you know how it goes. Any good recommendations out there? I find it very hard to walk past a book shop!
